Bali, Indonesia — Medium Dark Roast

Interstellar is one of our top faves! Bali coffee is a super unique and flavorful java that’s grown on small farms in the Kintamani region of Bali. The region’s rich volcanic soil and high altitude provide the perfect environment for slow coffee cherry ripening, producing really complex and rich flavors.

Bali coffee is handpicked by smallholder farmers, wet-hulled using a totally traditional processing method used in Indonesia that gives the coffee a distinct flavor, and then dried on raised beds to ensure an even drying process and consistent flavor. Bali coffee is known for its super unique flavor profile, characterized by notes of dark chocolate, molasses, and brown sugar.

The Kintamani region has a long history of coffee cultivation, dating back to the early 20th century when Dutch colonists first introduced coffee to the island. Bali coffee is typically roasted to a medium-dark roast level to bring out its rich and complex flavor notes.

Mbeya, Tanzania — Medium Light Roast

Our Tanzanian roast, Great Rift, is known for its bright jasmine notes. The coffee from Mbeya, Tanzania is flavorful and unique. It is grown by small cooperative farmers in the Mbeya area. The region’s high altitude and clay mineral soil provide an ideal environment for growing coffee. The coffee is harvested at altitudes of 1200–1900 meters.

Mbeya coffee is known for its medium-light roast, which brings out its delicate flavor profile. It has a distinct taste of pear, floral, jasmine, and strawberry. This makes it a popular choice for coffee lovers who enjoy fruity and floral notes. Once harvested, the coffee is fully washed and then dried on raised beds. This helps to ensure a consistent flavor and even drying process.

Overall, Mbeya coffee is a delicious and unique coffee that is sure to delight any coffee lover with its delicate flavor profile and unique taste.

San Paulo, Brazilian — Medium Roast

Our Supernova medium roast from Brazil is like a chocolatey dream come true with its smooth and creamy body. It’s made with coffee beans grown in the Parana and Sao Paulo regions of Brazil, between 750–1050 meters above sea level. That’s the perfect height for getting that rich and elegant flavor profile, with hints of cocoa that you’ll absolutely love.

The beans come from Fazenda Santa Barbara, Sao Francisco, Santo Antonio, and are processed using the pulped natural method. Basically, they remove the outer layer of the coffee cherry before drying it in the sun, which helps to create that clean and well-balanced taste that coffee enthusiasts are always looking for. And let’s not forget about that volcanic loam soil, which is just packed with minerals and gives this coffee its super unique taste.

So if you’re in the mood for something different, something that’s both delicious and fascinating, give San Paulo, Brazilian coffee a try. You won’t regret it!

Chimbu, Papua New Guinea — Medium Roast

Meteor is a bold and robust coffee from Papua New Guinea, featuring notes of caramel, honey, and fruit. Grown in the Chimbu Province at an altitude of 1350 meters, this medium-roasted coffee has a unique flavor profile due to the ideal environment for slow coffee cherry ripening and complex flavor development.

The coffee is produced by Catuai and Mundo Novo, known for their high-quality coffee beans. The volcanic loam soil in this region is mineral-rich, creating the coffee’s distinct taste. The fully washed method is employed to process the coffee, which involves removing the outer layers of the cherry before sun-drying.

The result is a clean and well-balanced flavor profile that coffee lovers highly appreciate. Overall, Chimbu, Papua New Guinea coffee is a delicious and unique coffee that is sure to delight any coffee connoisseur with its rich flavor profile and unique taste.
